Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Manage non-clinical physician administrative operations, provider onboarding, agreement renewals, database records, and specialized project support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support provider onboarding by executing, filing, and maintaining Collaborative Practice Agreements and prescriptive authority documents.
- Manage agreement renewals and update provider details in the MDStaff database.
- Execute administrative projects and coordinate departmental workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven administrative or project management background (healthcare experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and quick adaptability to software systems.
- Dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet and flexibility for on-site days.
