Operating hours for this center run Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST. Candidates must have flexible availability to work assigned shifts within these operational hours, including required weekend shifts once moving into full production.

Responsibilities
Position Summary Serve as a Member Services Representative handling inbound calls regarding plan coverage, claims, eligibility, and billing. Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls from plan members with accuracy and empathy.
- Assist members with benefit details, enrollment changes, Medicare inquiries, and premium billing.
- Use multiple computer systems to research information and resolve inquiries on the first call.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in compliance with privacy guidelines.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center or healthcare experience preferred).
- High-speed hardwired internet (20 Mbps upload/download required).
- Excellent verbal communication, typing, and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings until 9:30 PM MT.
