In this non-exempt contract position, you will drive key grant-funded programs, leading multi-disciplinary teams through every phase of project execution—from initial planning through launch and evaluation.   Working under the guidance of leadership, you will oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while streamlining operations for specialized educational products and member resources. If you bring at least 3 years of complex project management experience—ideally in healthcare, nursing, or public health—and excel in fast-paced, timeline-driven environments, we want to connect with you! Responsibilities

• Program & Grant Administration: Lead assigned nursing programs, educational products, and grant deliverables through planning, execution, and launch. Build project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, and maintain complete documentation, decision logs, and contracts.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and external partners to maintain project scope and quality standards. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and facilitate interdepartmental communications.
  
  
• Financial & Metric Management: Develop budget forecasts, track expenses, reconcile discrepancies, and handle invoicing, reimbursements, and check requests. Compile evaluation data and metrics to draft progress reports for leadership and grant partners.
  
  
• Operations & Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot operational processes, document workflows, and recommend system enhancements to boost efficiency. Conduct project learning reviews to share best practices across teams.
  
  
• Stakeholder & Marketing Support: Partner with marketing to align campaign timelines and promotional materials. Provide customer support for educational products, resolving complex member inquiries.
