Qualifications
- bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
- Experience in logistics, transportation dispatching, customer service, or last-mile delivery operations.
- Schedule flexibility to work an 8.5-hour shift between 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST (Monday through Saturday).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities
- Monitor & Optimize Routes: Track real-time route execution, verify dispatch readiness, and coordinate route rescues or adjustments to maintain top on-time delivery performance.
- Manage Carrier & Driver Communications: Serve as the primary daily contact for delivery service providers, assisting with route assignments, onboarding, and compliance standards.
- Resolve Customer & Delivery Issues: Proactively investigate delivery exceptions, property or product damage claims, and customer concerns to ensure fast, high-quality resolutions.
- Audit & Manage Documentation: Verify proof of delivery (POD) records, oversee haul-away processing, and support accurate route billing and operational data entry.
- Track Operational Performance: Prepare daily activity logs and track core operational metrics like delivery completion rates, member satisfaction, and safety standards.
