- Streamline customer orders, credits, rebills, and billing adjustments to ensure flawless execution and regional compliance.
- Empower internal stakeholders and customers by providing prompt, accurate, and professional email and inquiry support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet vital business requirements, proactively communicating project statuses and roadblocks.
- Manage detailed case assignments and maintain meticulous records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Optimize operations by performing critical validations in SAP ERP and Excel, applying established policies to make informed decisions.
- Exercise sound judgment to identify issues requiring escalation, engaging the right teams to guarantee timely resolutions.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in customer support, order management, billing adjustments, or operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with enterprise systems, specifically CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) platforms.
- A highly organized approach, enabling you to manage multiple priorities accurately in a deadline-driven setting.
- The ability to work independently while contributing actively to a collaborative team environment.
