Responsibilities

• Inbound Customer Support: Answer high-volume phone calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding life insurance product offerings, conversion rates, premiums, eligibility, and administrative procedures.
  
  
• Claims & Application Processing: Review incoming life insurance claims and provide dedicated customer service for Evidence of Insurability (EOI) applications.
  
  
• Service Standards: Monitor and maintain phone queue metrics to consistently meet or exceed established performance standards and client expectations.
  
  
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate claim records and documentation for ongoing reporting and compliance.
  
  
• Cross-Team Communication: Collaborate with insured customers, key clients, and internal teams to resolve complex inquiries efficiently and fairly.
