In this remote position, you will serve as a vital guide for patients navigating specialty pharmaceutical access and non-commercial pharmacy support. Working an assigned 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST (Monday through Friday), you will process new patient referrals, answer questions regarding therapy status, enter detailed case notes into our proprietary platform while speaking on the phone, and conduct outbound follow-up calls to patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Process patient referrals, document interaction details in proprietary CRM software, and conduct empathetic inbound and outbound communications with patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and complete accurate patient referrals and applications in a centralized CRM platform.
- Answer patient questions regarding therapy status, insurance access, and financial support programs.
- Enter clear, detailed, and accurate case notes into proprietary systems while conversing with callers.
- Conduct outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers for follow-ups, confirmations, and application processing.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2–4 years of customer-facing experience (call center or customer service preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong multitasking and note-taking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom).
- Dedicated, private, quiet home workspace with hardwired high-speed broadband internet (15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum).
- Full availability for mandatory 4-to-6-week virtual onboarding training (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
