- Professional office environment combined with regular active job site visits.
- Very light travel required beyond localized site inspections. Mileage over 20 miles roundtrip is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
- Ability to navigate active construction sites, perform periodic physical walk-throughs, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of 3 to 5 commercial high-end restaurant projects concurrently.
- Complete subcontractor and vendor buyout within two weeks of project start; establish scope documents.
- Manage schedule of values, process invoices, handle change orders, and track PCO logs.
- Develop and maintain project schedules with field staff, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, plans, and daily reports using Procore.
- Maintain stakeholder communication, lead punch-list walkthroughs, and handle project closeouts.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial project management experience with a GC, focused on high-end restaurant builds.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage 3 to 5 active projects simultaneously within budget and schedule.
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Excel, contract administration, and building systems.
- Based in Deerfield Beach or Miami (Miami staff commute to Deerfield Beach on Mondays).
- Candidates MUST submit a comprehensive project list/portfolio detailing relevant high-end restaurant builds alongside their resume.
