Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Manage assigned accounts
- Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative to manage customer relations
- Actively call on established, prospective, and dormant accounts to grow the business
- Work with various departments as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
- Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, etc
- Qualify leads generated from various sources
- Share market insights and feedback with the sales and leadership teams
