The International Tax Manager reports to the Senior Manager, International Accounting and supports the firm’s international tax compliance, planning and strategy across multiple international office locations. The role helps ensure compliance with applicable international tax laws and reporting requirements while supporting tax-efficient business operations across jurisdictions. The successful candidate should have experience with multiple jurisdictions and an understanding of various legal entity structures, including but not limited to, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and Sociedad Civil (S.C.) entities.

salary: $160,000 - $185,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze new international tax laws or regulatory reporting requirements and assess impact on the firm.
• Support the preparation and review of intercompany transfer pricing policies, calculations, and documentation in compliance with OECD guidelines and applicable local requirements.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain international tax compliance calendars and track filing deadlines across applicable jurisdictions.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in international tax compliance and reporting.
• Manage the collection, coordination, and review of information needed to support financial and income tax audits and other jurisdiction-specific tax inquiries.
• Assist with the preparation of vendor/supplier tax forms.
• Review and analyze tax jurisdiction assignment for newly opened international matters and advise internal departments on appropriate jurisdictional treatment, as needed.
