We are looking for a reliable, highly organized Sales Support Administrator to join our clients tight-knit team at their Bristol, PA facility. In this role, you will serve as the administrative backbone of our regional sales and customer operations. You will work closely with outside sales representatives, field application engineers, global manufacturing partners, and industrial B2B clients to ensure smooth order flow, accurate quoting, and seamless customer service.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Entry: Accurately receive, review, and enter customer purchase orders (POs) for complex valve assemblies, replacement components, and customized hardware into our ERP system.
  
  
• Quote Support & Tracking: Assist technical sales reps with generating price quotes, verifying product specifications/part numbers, and monitoring quote pipelines.
  
  
• Customer Service & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming B2B client inquiries regarding order status, shipping updates, inventory availability, and lead times.
  
  
• Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Partner with shipping, production, and warehouse teams to ensure scheduled deliveries match client requirements and international lead time expectations.
  
  
• Database & File Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date customer files, contact lists, sales documentation, and master files in the CRM/ERP system.
  
  
• Cross-Departmental Administrative Assistance: Support general office operations in Bristol, assist with generating basic monthly sales summaries, and provide ad-hoc administrative support to regional leadership.
