In this high-impact hybrid role, you will assess the organizational impact of major technology changes, new digital applications, and evolving operational workflows. Partnering with executive leaders and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex technical changes into clear stakeholder impacts, targeted engagement plans, leadership coaching, and comprehensive training collateral. Operating on-site two days per week in the DFW area, you will establish change management frameworks, monitor adoption metrics, and ensure business readiness to achieve sustainable, long-term business outcomes. Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Assess organizational impacts of technology and workflow transformations, design change management strategies, and create stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business readiness, organizational impact, stakeholder, and application-usage assessments to evaluate transformation risks.
- Partner with strategic leaders to define change management scope, risk-mitigation strategies, and future-state process designs.
- Develop change impact summaries, executive presentations, job aids, FAQs, training materials, and multi-channel communication plans.
- Coach and advise key stakeholders and leaders throughout implementation to reinforce new behaviors and sustain business outcomes.
- Establish and apply change management methodologies, tools, and analytics to measure stakeholder awareness, adoption, and system usage.
- Proven experience leading organizational change management, organizational development, or employee experience initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record supporting digital transformations and technology application rollouts.
- strong expertise developing executive presentations, change collateral, and end-user training materials using MS Office.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to translate system usage data into actionable change strategies.
