Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, reply to email inquiries, and address live chats in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
- Product Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product assembly, lighting system troubleshooting (e.g., pre-lit tree configurations), and replacement parts guidance.
- Order Management: Process replacement orders, track shipping/delivery updates, and facilitate returns or warranty replacements in accordance with company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions or escalation to management.
- Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions, notes, and resolution statuses within the CRM / customer tracking software.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with warehouse staff and sales reps at the South Plainfield site to ensure timely order dispatch and fulfillment accuracy.
