In this fully onsite position, you will start on day one by interviewing qualified candidates for existing open requisitions. As you settle into the role, you will take full ownership of managing your own portfolio of end-to-end job requisitions. The ideal candidate brings prior recruiting experience, with preference given to those familiar with Workday systems.
salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment for 20 to 25 active Maintenance and Engineering requisitions.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates efficiently to meet key hiring goals.
- Maintain high productivity while staying organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
- Ensure clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring team members.

- Proven background in high-volume staffing or recruitment managing multiple open requisitions.
- Organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
