Randstad is partnered with a growing Pharmaceutical company headquartered in Plantation, FL, to help them find a Director of Sales Training to help take their sales team and staff to the next level.  Candidates must have pharmaceutical industry knowledge and sales training experience and be able to work onsite. 

salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: Bachelors



Responsibilities

• Create and oversee sales and product focused training functions for new hires and develop continued learning opportunities for established staff members
• Set and use KPIs and sales call coaching sessions to assess skills and knowledge gaps to further develop staff members
• Develop materials such as training manuals, PowerPoint presentations, webinars and workships and sales scripts
• Manage the E-leanring site assigning relevant courses
• Use the CRM daily to monitor database coverage, reporting and pipeline management

Qualifications

• Must have Pharmaceutical industry knowledge and experience
• Must have sales training experience
• Bachelor Degree or 4+ years of releveant experience
