Responsibilities
- High-Volume Scheduling: Coordinate and manage complex interview calendars across multiple leadership teams and business units for both in-person and virtual interviews.
- Inbox & Candidate Management: Monitor shared recruitment inboxes, answering inquiries regarding scheduling, onboarding, relocations, and general interview logistics in a timely manner.
- Administrative & Onboarding Support: Assist with candidate assessments, travel accommodations, new hire orientation coordination, and weekly I-9 verifications.
- Invoicing & Expenses: Assist with administrative expense tracking, invoicing processing, and relocation support.
- Data Integrity & ATS Maintenance: Keep accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate feedback and schedules are meticulously updated.
- Metrics & Reporting: Help collect, organize, and distribute talent acquisition metrics and report data to HR leadership.
