Randstad is seeking a GSC Finance Manager for our global biopharma client in Marietta, PA.

• Location: Marietta, PA 17547 (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
• Duration: 12-month contract (Potential for extension)
• Pay Rate: $48.00 - $55.00/hr W2

Qualifications

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, fixed assets, cost accounting, or general ledger accounting in an operational or manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on experience using SAP (or a similar ERP system) alongside advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• strong knowledge of capital project accounting, fixed assets, and internal financial controls.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with site leadership and cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves:

• Active CPA or CMA certification.
• Working knowledge of Pennsylvania state Sales & Use Tax compliance.
• Prior experience managing toll manufacturing cost structures and intercompany processing.

Responsibilities

• Financial Partnering: Lead budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost center management for Engineering, Planning, and Logistics.
• Month-End & Costing: Oversee the SAP month-end tolling process and develop product cost estimates using standard toll manufacturing costing methods.
• Capital & Asset Management: Maintain the fixed asset ledger, support capital investment projects, and handle closure for Assets Under Construction (AUC).
• Compliance & Reporting: Prepare site financial plans (OPEX, Recoveries, Standard Product Costing), review intercompany transactions, and ensure PA Sales & Use Tax compliance.
