Responsibilities

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Duties:

• General Ledger & Month-End Close: Execute routine journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures.
• AR/AP & Cash Management: Assist with accounts payable/receivable operations, oversee proper cash receipt/invoice recording, and investigate account discrepancies.
• Reconciliations & Internal Controls: Conduct bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and policy compliance.
• Audit & Tax Support: Prepare schedules and gather supporting documentation to facilitate internal/external audits and tax filing requirements.
• Core Experience: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance alongside 3–5 years of progressive general accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Technical Proficiency:
