Responsibilities
Training Schedule
- Training hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Time
- Arizona-based representatives will be expected to attend training according to the Eastern Time schedule (6:00 AM Arizona time).
- Training will follow the SuccessFlex Hybrid model.
- Employees within 35 miles of an office will report onsite each Thursday during training.
- Employees outside the 35-mile radius will remain fully remote.
After training, candidates must have open availability within our operating hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Client Engagement: Field inbound calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and individual members, tailoring support across active and legacy product suites.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Uncover unstated client needs by looking beyond immediate questions, offering expert guidance and comprehensive answers at the point of call.
- Continuous Product Expertise: Rapidly absorb and apply daily policy updates, regulatory changes, and product enhancements across both current and retired offerings.
- Detailed Documentation & Relationship Building: Maintain detailed interaction logs to support our relationship-centric model, ensuring every customer interaction drives deeper engagement and account understanding.
