- Master the order-to-delivery process, driving efficiencies and quickly resolving any discrepancies to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Process sales orders meticulously and expedite resolutions, serving as the crucial link between internal teams, warehousing, and transportation providers.
- Communicate vital product information, pricing, and tracking details with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Streamline operations by establishing documented processes and managing card payment processing within established timeframes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on continuous improvement projects to optimize the overall service experience.
- 2+ years of experience navigating Order Entry software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to capture, analyze, and resolve complex inquiries with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Preferred: Proficiency (English/Spanish/French Canadian) is highly desirable to support our diverse clientele.
