Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify daily documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Contact freight carriers and couriers to schedule pick-ups, track shipments, and request status updates.
- Accurately update order statuses, tracking numbers, and inventory movements in our computer system (ERP/WMS).
- Act as a helpful point of contact between office teams, warehouse staff, and delivery drivers.
- Audit freight bills for accuracy, organize shipping files, and keep administrative records up to date.
- Help look into minor delivery delays or paperwork errors to keep shipments moving smoothly.
