In this role, you will serve as the executive single point of contact for high-value accounts—driving strategic growth, operational excellence across international networks, and long-term client retention

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of new client services in close collaboration with global operational teams at origin and destination locations.  
• Draft, standardize, distribute, and maintain clear Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) alongside Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.  
• Ensure all servicing Crane Worldwide branch offices fully understand and consistently execute according to established SOPs.  
• Establish internal KPI tracking and reporting dashboards to continuously monitor service levels and critical performance milestones.  
• Identify, manage, and escalate operational issues or service exceptions immediately to Operations to protect account health. 
• Identify organic business development opportunities within existing accounts to increase annual net revenue contribution.
