Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Support Specialist to join our small office and warehouse facility in Fair Lawn, NJ. This role is vital to maintaining daily operations, supporting overall office workflow alongside our existing team, and facilitating communication across phone, email, and in-person channels.
salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Checkout & Order Processing: Assist walk-in and phone customers by checking them out, taking credit card payments, and accurately processing orders.
- Quoting & Communication: Generate detailed quotes and orders using our database system, emailing documents promptly to customers.
- Relationship Management: Manage ongoing communication with approximately 100 Clopay dealer accounts and assist a routine group of around 20 delivery drivers.
- Office & Warehouse Coordination: Facilitate daily office operations, support incoming warehouse deliveries, and maintain regular coordination with team members.
- System Operations: Utilize our internal Oracle-based software to process transactions and verify product details.
