Serving as an on-site extension of the client’s Human Resources and Operations functions, the Recruitment Coordinator oversees all aspects of contingent labor operations—ranging from 85 to 140 production associates. This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment, talent onboarding, timekeeping compliance, associate de-escalation, and active production floor management.

• Maintain an active physical presence on the manufacturing floor to monitor line coverage, check in incoming associate shifts, and support client floor supervisors in real time.
• Oversee daily timekeeping accuracy, attendance logging, payroll processing, and shift coverage
• Address employee relations, resolve floor friction, and provide de-escalation with empathy, patience, and professional authority.

High-Volume Recruitment & Talent Pipeline

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified production associates.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to ensure daily headcount stability (85–140 associates).
• Conduct comprehensive new-hire orientations, safety briefings, and onboarding compliance checks (I-9s, drug screenings, background checks).

salary: $25 - $27.97 per hour
