How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop comprehensive sales proposals and equipment quotations, ensuring manufacturing aligns perfectly with client specifications.
- Analyze technical drawings, refrigeration schedules, and fixture plans to accurately configure equipment pricing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to streamline the ordering process.
- Coordinate freight logistics with preferred carriers and accurately track all progress within Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries proactively, championing an exceptional B2B client experience.
- Essential: 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar business support role.
- Essential: Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings or fixture plans.
- Essential: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and a background in commercial equipment.
- Compensation: Up to $26.00/hour.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week. Enjoy a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM (core hours 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM) with no overtime expected.
- Location: Onsite in Bridgeton, MO 63044.
