Pay: $70.00-$74.00/hour (W2)
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field + 5 years of relevant experience OR 11 years of total relevant work experience.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through sourcing events and contract negotiations.
- Solid experience managing complex contract administration, economic price adjustments, and risk mitigation.
- strong project management, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Direct supply chain category management experience within the utility, manufacturing, or construction industries.
- Experience engaging suppliers on financial, strategic, and operational levels to evolve procurement processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead Sourcing & Negotiations: Develop negotiation strategies and lead competitive solicitations (RFXs) for high-value goods and services.
- Drive Category Strategy: Partner with Category Managers to assess business needs, conduct market and spend analyses, and shape long-term sourcing plans.
- Manage Contracts End-to-End: Write, review, and administer contract terms, pricing structures, performance metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Strengthen Key Partnerships: Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, compliance, and operational alignment.
- Oversee High-Value Logistics: Coordinate supply chain logistics, transportation, and contract compliance for high-value manufactured equipment and materials.
