Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account lead and advocate, maintaining clear, proactive dialogue with clients across phone, email, and in-person touchpoints to identify and fulfill key requirements.
  
  
• Cultivate long-term client partnerships to secure recurring revenue, drive account retention, and identify expansion or new business opportunities.
  
  
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams to streamline execution, align priorities, and ensure seamless delivery on all customer requests.
  
  
• Oversee issue resolution and monitor operational workflows to swiftly address client concerns and elevate the overall customer experience.
  
  
• Log all internal and external correspondence within company tracking systems, ensuring precise records of business transactions and operational data.
  
  
• Evaluate client engagement trends and behavioral data to anticipate shifting needs, while traveling to customer facilities roughly 10% of the time.
