We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted, accessible resource for our employees and leadership team across both our office and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jacksonville. Working closely alongside the Director of HR, you will balance compliance and best practices with practical, common-sense problem-solving to support a positive and high-performing workplace culture. salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, staffing agency partnerships, and deliver an engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits and 401(k) programs, support payroll and timekeeping processing, and manage life-event changes.
• Plan and coordinate employee appreciation programs, milestone celebrations, community
• Support employees and supervisors with day-to-day HR matters, including policies, attendance, performance documentation, workplace expectations, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and other employment-related questions and processes.
• Gather and document relevant information related to employee concerns, performance matters, workplace issues, and other HR situations; review applicable policies and practices and provide findings and thoughtful recommendations to the Director of Human Resources for collaborative discussion and resolution.
• involvement, and team-building initiatives.
• Maintain confidential personnel records, assist with safety/compliance activities, and track lifecycle changes (transfers, leaves, separations).
• Other  misc. HR related duties, tasks and projects as needed
