Responsibilities
Position Overview
We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Full-Charge AP/AR Specialist who combines technical accounting skills with exceptional interpersonal strengths. In this role, you will manage end-to-end transactional accounting—from billing and collections to vendor payments and month/year-end ledger reconciliation.
Because our team directly supports education partners, you will interact with educators on a daily basis. The ideal candidate brings a helpful, service-minded approach, strong communication skills, proficiency in Syspro ERP, and a true passion for supporting the education community.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including billing, customer ledger updates, and payment application.
- Perform proactive collections outreach on client accounts via phone calls and emails with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor aged receivables reports, resolve invoice discrepancies, and maintain accurate account reconciliations.
- Process supplier invoices, verify approvals, code ledger accounts, and execute payment runs (EFT/Check).
