As a key technical bridge between design innovation and high-quality production, you will lead the cross-functional transition of complex medical devices from the legal manufacturer to our primary manufacturing facility. You will act as the technical anchor for verification and validation (V&V), system integration, test fixture development, and ongoing operational support. By deeply mastering device specifications, system architecture, and theory of operation, you will drive continuous product improvements, resolve field service escalations, and ensure strict compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Design Input & V&V Lifecycle: Analyze system/sub-system requirements to author test protocols and execute V&V plans, while managing and re-validating engineering design changes prior to production.
  
  
• Manufacturing & Test Methodologies: Conceptualize, build, and validate automated test fixtures and define end-to-end assembly procedures and final system testing workflows.
  
  
• Sustaining Engineering: Analyze real-world reliability data, engineer optimizations, and lead design updates to improve product performance.
  
  
• Quality & Supply Chain Support: Perform root-cause investigations on non-conforming products, institute preventive mitigations, and source/validate replacement components for end-of-life (EOL) supply constraints.
  
  
• Cross-Functional & Field Support: Serve as the technical SME on the manufacturing floor, write technical service manuals, and provide tier-3 troubleshooting support for field service teams.
