We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Performance Analyst to measure, evaluate, and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, omni-channel measurement tools, and AI to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive both brand awareness and commercial growth. Working closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, you will track end-to-end campaign performance across digital channels and customer journeys. Responsibilities

 Execute marketing performance reports and analysis to provide an understanding of marketing activities contribution to
brand and commercial growth.
 Support continuous improvement of technology and data platforms to track marketing KPIs.
 Provide support for marketing campaign evaluations – creative effectiveness and other KPIs.
 Lead specific tasks and projects to analyze effectiveness of marketing activities to inform improvements of the quality of
content, media and audience development.
 Collaborate with other country stakeholders to support holistic performance insights gathering and analysis.
