Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by phone with policy-related questions and service requests
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Navigate multiple systems and screens to accurately document customer interactions
• Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications
• Support customers with policy updates, account information, and general insurance-related inquiries
Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and screens
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• bilingual (English & Spanish – conversational) REQUIRED!
***Training hours will be from 9am-5:30pm, after training you must be available from 8am-8pm.
