We are seeking a Garnishments & Levies Specialist to join our fast-paced Legal Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to process high volumes of garnishments, tax levies, and child support requests across all 50 states within a strict 48-hour turnaround window. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, possess  PDF and document editing skills, and have a background handling sensitive legal compliance materials, we want to hear from you!

Role & Team Context

• Legal Background: Requires experience handling legal documents.
  
  
• Core Responsibilities: Processing garnishments, tax levies, and child support requests.
  
  
• Team Structure: Team-based operational model (workload is shared across the group, not individually assigned).
  
  

Operational & Technical Requirements

• High-Volume & Fast-Paced: Handles a team volume of 600–1,000 new requests daily with a 48-hour turnaround time.
  
  
• Correspondence: Identifies new requests and completes the required correspondence.
  
  
• Jurisdiction: Nationwide scope (processes legal documents across all 50 states).
  
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in editing and saving PDF files is required.
