Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing: Rapidly source candidates using automated outreach, job boards, and talent pools to keep a continuous flow of applicants.
  
  
• Fast-Track Screening: Conduct quick 10–15 minute phone screens to verify basic qualifications, shift availability, pay expectations, and reliability.
  
  
• Bulk Assessment & Onboarding: Facilitate group interview sessions, automated skill testing, background checks, and rapid paperwork completion.
  
  
• Temp-to-Hire Pitching: Clearly explain the conversion timeline, performance expectations, and transition criteria for permanent hiring.
  
  
• Rapid Client Submission: Submit batches of pre-screened candidate profiles to hiring managers to meet immediate staffing deadlines.
  
  
• Attendance & Reliability Tracking: Monitor candidate punctuality and attendance during early shifts to minimize dropouts and no-shows.
  
  
• Conversion Management: Track contractor performance metrics and coordinate with client managers when candidates reach their conversion hours.
  
  
• ATS & Pipeline Automation: Maintain up-to-second candidate statuses in the database to quickly re-engage previous applicants for new openings.
