Position Overview We are seeking dedicated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our work-from-home team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer service inquiries, assist callers with healthcare-related questions, navigate medical terminology, and maintain a high level of patient and customer care.

- Full schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, potential holidays, and occasional overtime based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, resolving customer queries efficiently and empathetically.
- Demonstrate a continuous passion for excellence when interacting with customers, with a special focus on assisting senior citizens.
- Utilize computer literacy and strong typing skills to navigate multiple databases and document caller interactions accurately.
- Listen actively to customer needs, comprehend complex healthcare details, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare privacy regulations and policies.
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training sessions, and performance reviews.
