As a Fintech Banking Support Representative, you will directly assist customers with account management, digital banking features, payment troubleshooting, and security inquiries across chat, email, and phone channels. You will serve as the crucial link between our users and our product operations, ensuring high-satisfaction outcomes while upholding strict banking compliance standards.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone regarding account opening, transfer status, debit card issues, and mobile app troubleshooting.
  
  
• Assist customers with ACH transfers, wire processing, direct deposits, card dispute intakes, and mobile check deposit reviews.
  
  
• Help users resolve app navigation issues, login or authentication friction (2FA/biometrics), and transaction sync errors.
  
  
•  Perform initial verification checks (KYC/CIP), identify potential fraudulent activity or compromised accounts, and escalate security concerns following strict protocol.
  
  
• Partner with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Engineering teams to resolve complex customer escalations and report recurring app bugs or UX friction points.
  
  
• Maintain thorough account notes and contribute to internal knowledge bases to streamline customer resolution pathways.
