Position Overview SPS Global is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team in West Columbia, SC. This role is focused on core Mail & Shipping Operations and Business Service Center Support—ensuring seamless daily mail delivery, package tracking, equipment maintenance, and document processing for a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Mail & Shipping Operations
- Receive, sort, and process all inbound mail and courier packages.
- Log incoming deliveries accurately into chain-of-custody tracking software.
- Promptly distribute mail and packages to internal employees and send delivery notifications.
- Manage outgoing domestic/international shipping and mailing transactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee mail and package inquiries.
- Monitor, stock, and maintain multi-function copy/print devices across the facility daily (paper, toner, basic maintenance).
- Assist staff with basic copy, print, scanning, and binding requests.
- Submit service work orders promptly when equipment requires technical repair.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully supplied copy/print stations.
- Customer Service Focus: Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to high operational standards.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate package logging and document management.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using package-tracking handhelds/software and operating office copiers/printers.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Dependable work ethic with the ability to consistently cover the 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-starter who takes initiative during downtime to keep service stations clean, stocked, and fully operational.
