Key Responsibilities
- Loan Maintenance: Process operational account requests, including payment back-offs, loan extensions, loan modifications, and general record updates.
- Payment Processing: Accurately and promptly apply regular payments, principal curtailments, fees, reversals, account corrections, and payoff funds.
- Account Research: Investigate transaction histories, ledger balances, interest calculations, payment discrepancies, and system exceptions.
- Member Support: Respond to complex account inquiries, explain loan servicing activity, supply required documentation, and collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues.
- 2+ years in Loan Servicing, Consumer Loans, or similar experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment with proven capability to prioritze tasks effectively to meet strict operational deadlines.
- Microsoft Office, with intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Team player with solid communication skills and an ability to work well in a cooperative setting.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administration of consumer loan accounts from boarding through payoff. The function ensures transactions are processed correctly, account records remain accurate, and members receive clear, timely assistance throughout the loan lifecycle.
