Our client is an apparel manufacturer who is seeking a results driven Operations Manager to lead a team of 20+ employees, oversee daily operations, and drive profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing profit and loss (P&L), developing employee talent, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring manufacturing operations meet company goals. Responsibilities

• Oversee operating budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, manage labor and production costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20+ employees, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards.
• Develop and implement employee training programs, onboarding procedures, and ongoing skills development initiatives.
• Establish, track, and report on KPIs related to productivity, labor efficiency, production output, quality, costs, and on-time completion.
• Oversee daily workflows, production planning, resource allocation, and process improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews, address performance issues, and build a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, material usage, and waste reduction to control costs and improve margins.
• Maintain production quality standards, workplace safety, and operational procedures.
• Provide ownership with regular financial and operational reports, identify improvement opportunities, and execute initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years expierence with e-commerce apparel manufacturing and distribution.
•  Experience leading diverse teams to complete objectives
