Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and issue high-volume customer invoices accurately and in compliance with client contracts and billing schedules.
- Receive, review, and enter work orders and customer Purchase Orders (POs) into our ERP system; ensure line items, rates, and scopes of work match before generating invoices.
- Support the accounts receivable lifecycle by monitoring outstanding customer balances, tracking customer payments, and resolving billing holds or disputes.
- Perform regular reconciliations between work orders, issued invoices, purchase orders, and general ledger accounts to identify and fix discrepancies.
- Partner with operations, sales, and clients to investigate short payments, unbilled work orders, and PO mismatches.
- Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to maintain billing trackers, unbilled work-in-progress (WIP) reports, and aging schedule summaries.
