- Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 3 years of dedicated recruitment or staffing agency experience, OR
- High School Diploma / GED with at least 5 years of dedicated recruitment or staffing agency experience.

- IT Recruiting Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience recruiting IT/technical candidates or operating within an IT environment.
- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience using BrassRing/Kenexa or similar enterprise recruitment software tools (e.g., Taleo, iCIMS, Workday).
- Customer Service Background: 8 - 10 years of overall customer service or client-facing experience required.
- Software Skills: strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, paired with strong candidate negotiation capabilities.
- Time Management: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize active requisitions, and manage time effectively.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of establishing and maintaining trust with stakeholders across all organizational levels, vendors, and external networks.
- Hiring Governance: Solid understanding of legal hiring policies, labor compliance, personnel selection methods, and strategic staffing principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future staffing needs, team structures, and business goals.
- Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Seek out, interview, screen, and evaluate applicants for open technical and corporate positions, referring top talent to hiring teams with data-backed recommendations.
- Candidate Experience & Engagement: Inform prospective candidates about organizational culture, facilities, operations, benefits, and long-term career growth opportunities.
- Advisory & Compliance: Advise internal managers and leadership on staffing policies, legal compliance, and employment guidelines to ensure fair and consistent hiring practices.
- System Management: Leverage enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage applicant pipelines, track metrics, and document candidate interactions.
