Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Jr. Accounting Shared Services Analyst for one of the operational team across A/R, A/P, or Direct Billing.
- Perform the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting functions (journal entries, cash applications, reconciliations, reporting, batching, etc)
- Assist with evaluating legacy manual processes, identify systemic bottlenecks, and design streamlined, automated workflows using modern analytical tools.
- Assist with the end-to-end operational workstreams from roadmap planning and root-cause analysis to milestone execution.
- Partner daily with accounting staff in the US and offshore teams, ensuring clear documentation, alignment, and seamless execution.
- Analyze financial data into actionable insights through advanced Excel models, scenario analysis, and optional Power BI visualization.
