Responsibilities
- Process 200–300 tickets daily via an internal queue, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency during standard banking hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Audit deposit accounts against promotional rules by verifying balances, funding timelines, eligible transaction activity, and branch employee notes.
- Investigate non-qualifying accounts to resolve discrepancies such as expired promotions, code mismatches, or timing gaps.
- Apply retail banking knowledge to resolve complex, edge-case inquiries referred by branch staff.
- Update back-office platforms by inputting promo codes, adjusting interest rates, and applying manual overrides.
- Simultaneously monitor and review requirements across 5–10 active market campaigns.
- Meet strict resolution targets, turning around assigned cases within 2–3 business days (maximum 6-day ceiling) while resolving standard eligibility tickets quickly.
