Responsibilities

• Fields 50+ inbound calls daily and manages concurrent live chat queues from business owners and Independent Business Owners, delivering prompt, professional resolutions under tight SLAs.
  
  
• Diagnoses root causes of complex inquiries across billing, subscriber services, compensation plans, and operating procedures to provide accurate, permanent solutions.
  
  
• Delivers tier-1 technical assistance and guides clients through self-service digital tools, portals, and online resources.
  
  
• Maintains thorough, up-to-date expertise on product suites, service offerings, and compliance policies to maximize first-contact resolution.
  
  
• Prepares accurate case documentation, administrative forms, and records to ensure data integrity and compliance standards.
  
  
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve service bottlenecks, refine workflows, and elevate the overall partner support experience.
