Responsibilities

• Research and resolve rejected customer disputes, rates, and discrepancies.
• Prepare Excel-based settlements, reconciliations, and customer statements.
• Review and validate financial data and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Track open items, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate across departments to gather information and understand operational impacts.
• Use Excel, AI, and digital tools to analyze data, organize information, and improve efficiency.
• Provide additional finance and project support as needed.
