- Champion the Consumer Experience: Serve as the primary contact for consumer concerns, actively listening and providing empathetic, clear communication.
- Resolve Complex Inquiries: Utilize empowered decision-making and robust judgment to troubleshoot end-to-end issues for consumers and medical professionals.
- Optimize Processes: Identify trends and suggest innovative process improvements to enhance the experience for consumers, dentists, and business partners.
- Drive Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed quality and productivity metrics while adapting to evolving departmental needs.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and efficient data entry capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to identify root issues through skillful questioning.
- Teamwork: A proactive approach, working seamlessly both independently and collaboratively.
- Bonus Skills: A Bachelor’s degree or related experience is preferred. bilingual fluency in French or Spanish is strongly desired!
