We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented B2B Collector to join our growing team in Buford, GA. In this role, you will take ownership of a high-volume corporate portfolio, partner directly with client Accounts Payable teams, and help maintain healthy cash flow across business accounts. Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated B2B portfolio of 2,700–3,000 accounts, maintaining an active focus on receivables overdue by 60+ days.
- Proactive Outreach: Make approximately 64 outreach calls daily, utilizing professional phone communication and email correspondence to resolve outstanding balances.
- A/P Collaboration: Partner directly with client Accounts Payable departments in a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections environment to track payment statuses.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify billing roadblocks, research payment discrepancies, and provide effective problem resolution to bring accounts current.
- Ledger Maintenance: Apply an understanding of debits, credits, and unapplied cash to ensure accurate account reconciliation.
