1st/2nd shift onsite coordintor.

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Seasonal Onsite Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and serve as the vital link between our onsite workforce, client leadership, and administrative teams during our peak season. In this role, you will manage floor activities, resolve real-time operational issues, and maintain high standards of communication and service.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, interacts comfortably with diverse customer and client stakeholders, and leverages digital tools and software to keep workflows organized and running efficiently.



salary: $25.99 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, daily point of contact for onsite personnel and client management, delivering prompt, professional customer service.
  
  
• Coordinate daily shift check-ins, employee badging, attendance tracking, and onsite orientations.
  
  
• Manage real-time floor communication, promptly escalating and resolving personnel or workflow bottlenecks.
  
  
• Utilize workforce management systems, spreadsheets, and digital scheduling tools to log shift data, generate daily headcount reports, and track time cards accurately.
  
  
• Support shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure uninterrupted operational continuity.
