Responsibilities
- Convert inbound customer inquiries into completed sales by overcoming technical and business objections.
- Emphasize key product features, generate price quotes, and prepare accurate sales orders.
- Execute targeted outbound sales calls aligned with management sales activity plans.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and establish quick rapport over the phone.
- Estimate, track, and proactively communicate delivery dates based on production schedules and order processing.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, including warranty service inquiries.
- Enter and update customer records and transaction details within the company database.
- Coordinate with buyers regarding product shortages or quality concerns.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and quality standards.
- Leverage intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to manage multiple projects and drive results.
