Responsibilities
Key Focus: Ownership of HRIS functionality (UKG Pro), data integrity, payroll processing oversight across 15 states, system optimization, and white-glove customer service
Leveraging technical expertise, payroll knowledge, and analytical precision, the Senior Specialist manages confidential data discreetly to advance organizational goals, optimize processes, and elevate the employee experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience, including military service)
- 6+ years administering or supporting enterprise HR systems (HRMS, HCM, HRIS) such as UKG, Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, ADP, or Dayforce, including configuration, integrations, reporting, and data management
- 2+ years handling payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, controls, and compliance
